Point Cloud + HRD Imaging Fee Schedule
Scanning and modeling fees are based on project gross square footage, project location and required deliverables. Your total fee will be calculated using the following fee schedule. A down payment is required to schedule the scan; the remainder of the fee will be billed after the scan has been completed. If a BIM model or CAD files are requested, the files will be released once the final payment is received in full.
Point Cloud files are E57 or LGS, if you need something different please complete the Special Request Form
Project Area: 0-2000 GSF = $750
Every Additional 1000 GSF beyond 2000 GSF will be billed at $50/1000 GSF. (Fee calculations will round up to the nearest 1000 GSF)
+ Travel Time
1 hour of travel time is included in the base fee ($750). Travel time > 1 hour will be billed at $100/hour
+ BIM & CAD files (optional)
BIM & CAD files are an additional deliverable you can purchase from Drafting House. The BIM model will comply with LOD 200 specification, Architecture. This includes the building’s basic elements, such as walls, floors, windows, doors, stairs, plumbing fixtures, appliances and cabinetry (view our example project for more information). You will receive the model in the form of a .RVT file, compatible with Revit 2025 and newer. If you need an older version of Revit, please let us know when scheduling your scan. AutoCAD files will be created from the Revit file and will include schematic floor plans and exterior elevations.
Project Area: 0-2000 GSF = $1000
Every Additional 1000 GSF beyond 2000 GSF will be billed at $200/1000 GSF. (Fee calculations will round up to the nearest 1000 GSF). Projects >20,000 GSF should complete the Special Request Form.
